Overview:
At Primrose, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing and engaging educational environment for our students. We are currently seeking a passionate and adaptable Substitute Teacher to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the continuity of learning and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere during the absence of the regular teacher.

Flexible Schedules Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lesson plans as provided by the regular teacher and adjust them as necessary to meet the diverse needs of students. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and productive learning environment. Support students in their academic and social development, offering guidance and encouragement. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed to foster collaboration. Monitor and assess student progress, reporting any concerns to the regular teacher or administration.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in a teaching role, ideally 1-3 years. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings and age groups. Proficiency in classroom management techniques. Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant degree or training in education.
