The Academy at Ellison Lakes Do you have a heart for toddlers? We're looking for an experienced, qualified Lead Teacher who is caring, dependable, organized, and loves building relationships with children and their families. We're looking for someone who: Meets Georgia requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher Has experience working with toddlers Is warm, patient, nurturing, and actively engaged Is reliable, punctual, and organized Uses positive, age-appropriate redirection Communicates confidently and professionally with parents Builds trusting relationships with children and families Works well with a teaching team and takes pride in their classroom Our toddlers need a teacher who will get down on their level, play, talk, comfort, encourage, teach, and celebrate all those BIG little milestones!
