  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment.
As a key leader in early childhood education, you will design and implement developmentally appropriate curricula that promote curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through clear communication and ongoing feedback Support children's social-emotional development by applying behavior management techniques and promoting emotional literacy Conduct assessments of children's progress using standardized testing tools and document developmental milestones Collaborate with specialists in special education and early intervention to support diverse learning needs Maintain organized classroom management practices to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to childcare regulations Skills Extensive experience in preschool or daycare settings with classroom management expertise Knowledge of childhood development theories, curriculum development, and lesson planning strategies Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Proficiency in working with children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention programs, and behavior management techniques Ability to incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and Montessori principles into daily activities Experience with standardized testing procedures and tutoring methods for young learners Passion for child welfare, childcare best practices, and promoting inclusive learning environments Join us in shaping the future by nurturing young minds through innovative teaching practices!
