Experienced Infant Teacher Please do not apply unless you have previous hands-on infant classroom experience. Infant care experience is required for this position. Our Shining Stars Childcare Center is looking for a caring, dependable, and experienced Infant Teacher to join our team! If you have a passion for working with infants and providing a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where babies can learn and grow, we would love to hear from you. Qualifications Previous infant childcare experience is required. Experience caring for children ages 12 months to 24 months is preferred. Must be patient, nurturing, dependable, and reliable. Ability to create a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and actively participate in classroom activities. Must be able to pass all required background checks and meet Georgia Bright from the Start requirements. Responsibilities Provide attentive, loving, and responsive care for infants throughout the day. Follow daily schedules for meals, naps, diapering, and developmental activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom. Build positive relationships with families and communicate daily about each child's care and development. Work closely with the Director and other staff members to provide the highest quality care.
