Infant Teacher - Join Our Loving Childcare Team Are you passionate about caring for infants and creating a nurturing, developmentally rich environment? Our childcare center is seeking a warm, patient, and reliable Infant Teacher to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves supporting babies through their earliest milestones and understands the importance of safety, communication, and responsive caregiving. What You'll Do Provide attentive, loving care to infants ages 6 weeks-12 months Maintain a clean, safe, and developmentally appropriate classroom Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies Support feeding, diapering, and individualized routines Build strong relationships with families through daily communication Implement age-appropriate activities that encourage sensory exploration and early learning Work collaboratively with co-teachers and leadership What We're Looking For Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting Knowledge of safe sleep, diapering procedures, and infant development Dependable, patient, and able to multitask in a busy environment Strong communication and teamwork skills CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift, carry, and interact with infants throughout the day Why You'll Love Working With Us Supportive leadership and a positive team culture Ongoing training and professional development Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth within the center A warm, family-centered environment where your work truly matters
