Our teachers are passionate about the intellectual and emotional development of children, and we are currently in search of an equally passionate and enthusiastic One -two Year Lead Teacher to join our child care team. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for maintaining a positive and appropriate educational environment, and creating a program that meets the intellectual and emotional needs of all of our children.

Lead Teacher Position:

Full Time Position Monday- Friday Lead Teacher responsibilities: Create a developmentally appropriate program for our students Develop weekly lesson plans, activities and class set-ups Assess children's needs and development Work closely with families to encourage mutual cooperation Ensure the safety of all children in our program Closely follow licensing regulations related to child care Ensure the safety of all children in our program Lead Teacher Qualifications Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or current CDA Certification 2+ years' experience in teaching capacity and lesson planning Passionate about the development and well-being of children Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to pass a criminal background check Familiar with NAEYC Guidelines Previous experience with Quality Rated Immediate start required
