Job Description

Minimum of [1-2+] years of experience teaching/caring for infants (6 weeks-12 months) in a licensed child care or early education setting Experience working in a state-licensed and Quality Rated (QRIS) program required CDA (Child Development Associate) credential, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent state-required qualification Current CPR and First Aid certification (Infant/Child) Knowledge of state licensing regulations and ratio requirements Understanding of infant safe sleep practices and health/safety standards Strong communication skills with parents, staff, and administration Ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods) Clean background check and health screening, per state requirements
