Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Older Nursery Lead Teacher to inspire and nurture young minds in our early childhood education program. As a key leader in our classroom environment, you will create a warm, engaging, and educational space that promotes development for children from infancy through age 1. Your role will involve designing age-appropriate curriculum, managing daily classroom activities, and fostering a safe and inclusive atmosphere where every child can thrive. All training will be provided. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that promote early childhood development. Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a balanced mix of play-based learning and social-emotional support tailored to each child's needs. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques to promote a respectful and cooperative environment. Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices in early childhood education while fostering an inclusive atmosphere. Participate in annual training related to childhood development.
