Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment that fosters the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children. Your expertise in curriculum development, classroom management, and child development instruction will inspire young learners and support their growth through innovative lesson planning and personalized care. Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic, age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to promote holistic child development Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social interaction among children Manage daily classroom activities with effective behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques to foster positive behavior Conduct ongoing assessments of children's progress using standardized testing methods and document developmental milestones Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns through meetings, reports, or digital updates Support children with special education needs or those requiring early intervention by adapting instructional strategies accordingly Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws and ensure adherence to health and safety standards such as first aid and CPR certifications Qualifications Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings with a strong background in early childhood education Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and special education practices Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional credentials in Montessori teaching or special education are a plus Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and early intervention programs Ability to work well with diverse groups of children and support their individual needs in a nurturing manner Join us to inspire young minds!
