Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor children's progress and document observations and assessments. Communicate regularly with families about children's development and classroom activities. Maintain classroom routines, cleanliness, and safety standards. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Collaborate with center staff to implement Kinder Care's curriculum and policies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance strategies. Comply with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
