Job Description
KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Smyrna KinderCare center in the Educational Services industry. Teachers create safe, nurturing classrooms that spark curiosity and support each child's social, emotional, and academic growth. In this role, you will plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities, observe and document progress, and build strong partnerships with families. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor children's progress and document observations and assessments. Communicate regularly with families about children's development and classroom activities. Maintain classroom routines, cleanliness, and safety standards. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Collaborate with center staff to implement Kinder Care's curriculum and policies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance strategies. Comply with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
