Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Completion of or willingness to complete Georgia Pre-K Assistant Teacher requirements as outlined by Bright from the Start. Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development. Ability to maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Must pass all required background checks and meet Georgia licensing requirements. Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Reliable, professional, and punctual with a positive attitude.
