Lead Teacher Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children, managing classroom activities, and maintaining open communication with parents. This role requires strong leadership skills, classroom management expertise, and a passion for fostering children's development through fun and educational activities. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote active learning and curiosity. Create engaging and fun learning activities tailored to students' developmental levels. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being. Manage classroom behavior effectively to foster a respectful and inclusive atmosphere. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and upcoming activities. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience. Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching. Qualifications Prior experience in early childhood education or a related field is preferred. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a positive learning environment. Excellent communication skills for parent-teacher interactions. Creative mindset with the ability to develop fun and educational activities. Ability to supervise children effectively at all times. Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe classroom environment. Relevant certifications or licenses in early childhood education are advantageous but not mandatory. Pay:
