Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a spiritually mature, born-again, and committed Christian teacher to join our fully accredited Preschool Program. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, aligned with biblical values, and dedicated to providing a loving, nurturing, and Christ-centered learning environment for young children. Qualified applicants should possess at least a high school diploma, with a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, a CDA credential, or an Early Childhood Certificate preferred. Candidates should have at least one year of experience working with preschool-aged children or in a childcare setting and demonstrate strong organizational, planning, oral, and written communication skills. Responsibilities include developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood education, literacy, and biblical principles; managing classroom behavior and fostering a positive learning environment; communicating effectively with parents regarding student progress and needs; ensuring a safe and nurturing classroom that meets childcare regulations and standards; and collaborating with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
