Hours:

12:30 - 5:30pm Monday through Friday Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing daily activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development for infants and toddlers Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment conducive to early learning Provide attentive infant and toddler care, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as needed Engage children with age-appropriate play, educational activities, and developmental exercises that encourage curiosity and exploration Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and milestones to inform teaching strategies Follow all health and safety protocols diligently, including first aid procedures when necessary Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent caregiving practices that meet individual needs of children with disabilities or special requirements Qualifications Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or caregiving roles is highly valued Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification or training in first aid is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not already held Strong classroom management skills paired with the ability to handle behavior management effectively Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and engage with children's families Passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering a nurturing learning environment Join us in shaping bright futures by supporting our youngest learners!
