Foster a positive classroom atmosphere by managing behavior effectively and encouraging respectful interactions among children. Deliver engaging lessons focused on literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional learning to support holistic child development. Conduct assessments of children's progress through observations and standardized testing to tailor instruction to individual needs. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns to ensure collaborative support. Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental milestones, and incident reports in compliance with mandated reporting laws. Ensure classroom safety by adhering to health protocols such as first aid and CPR procedures while promoting child welfare at all times. Requirements Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, demonstrating strong classroom management skills. Knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and early intervention strategies. Familiarity with special education practices and behavior management techniques tailored for young learners. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing professional development in early childhood education is highly valued. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical activities, and social skills. Experience working within private schools or daycare environments is preferred; familiarity with mandated reporting laws is essential.
