Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking passionate and dedicated Daycare Instructors to create a nurturing and engaging environment for young children. The ideal candidates will have experience in early childhood education, classroom management, and caregiving, with a focus on supporting children's developmental needs. This role involves working closely with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, to foster their social, emotional, and cognitive growth through age-appropriate activities and attentive care. Responsibilities Plan and implement educational activities that promote childhood development and learning Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and other daily routines Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment at all times Monitor and support children's behavior using positive behavior management techniques Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic health needs of infants and toddlers Maintain accurate attendance records and classroom documentation Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment that accommodates children with disabilities or special needs Follow all safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom settings Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with children, parents, and team members Classroom management skills to foster a positive learning environment Compassionate caregiving attitude with patience and enthusiasm for working with young children Ability to pass background checks as required by licensing standards Join our team to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children while fostering their growth in a supportive environment.
