Job Description
Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various age groups, including infants and toddlers, and possess the skills necessary to support children's development through play and structured activities. This role is essential in fostering a positive atmosphere where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Duties Supervise and engage with children in a safe and stimulating environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Provide care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and ensuring their overall well-being. Maintain a clean and organized childcare space that meets health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Implement behavior management techniques to guide children's behavior positively. Support children with disabilities or special needs through tailored educational strategies. Educate children on basic concepts such as numbers, colors, shapes, and social skills through interactive play. Experience Previous experience in childcare or related fields is preferred. Knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus. Experience working with toddlers and infants is essential. Familiarity with daycare operations and regulations is beneficial. Experience in special education or behavior management techniques is highly valued. Ability to work effectively with children of varying abilities and backgrounds.
