Job Description
KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Johnston KinderCare center to provide nurturing, developmentally appropriate care and education for young children. In this role, you will create engaging lesson plans, support social, emotional, and academic growth, and maintain a safe, welcoming classroom. You will partner closely with families, collaborate with fellow educators, and uphold health and safety standards. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress to families. Build positive, professional relationships with children and families. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and programs. Support inclusion and diverse learning needs in the classroom. Participate in training and professional development sessions.
