Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress to families. Build positive, professional relationships with children and families. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and programs. Support inclusion and diverse learning needs in the classroom. Participate in training and professional development sessions.
