What You'll Do Support Lead Teachers in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom. Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Assist with daily routines, learning activities, meals, and outdoor play. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment. Encourage children's growth through play, exploration, and positive interactions. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of every child in your care. We're Looking For Someone Who Loves working with young children. Is reliable, positive, and a team player. Has strong communication and interpersonal skills. Can provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment. Is willing to complete required Iowa childcare training and background checks.
