Maintain a child-centered, inviting, safe, and clean classroom Organize and provide a play-based, developmentally appropriate early childhood education program Provide activities and opportunities that encourage curiosity, exploration, and problem solving Interact with families, maintain open & cooperative communication, and encourage involvement in the program Ensure all children's basic needs are met while at Lakes Early Learning Center. Participate in on going professional development and attend staff meetings/trainings Collaborate with other staff, assistant director, and director on a regular basis Maintain required trainings and certifications Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedSKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS
Has a love for children and seeks to grow and develop children Ability to interact & communicate in a professional and positive manner with a diverse range of people. Ability to provide a supportive and caring environment for children. Ability to provide activities for children that encourage healthy growth and development Maintain a consistent, positive attitude toward situations, children, families, &. co-workers Knowledge of early childhood education programs and child development Knowledge of applicable Licensing standards and health and safety procedures. Completion of Child Care Essentials training- if not, we will help you complete this training series! Current CPR + First Aid Certification

BENEFITS + COMPENSATION
Starting $14- 20+ per hour / Wage is dependent on experience, education, & position.
Full Time:
4- 10 hour days
