We incorporate many different approaches to learning and believe in teaching through modeling and that children learn best through play. Our goal is to start the foundations for compassion and a love for learning. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Lead Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. This individual will work with our 8 weeks to 13 month olds in a 1:4 ratio. In this vital role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment tailored specifically for infants. Your expertise will help foster early childhood development, support families, and ensure each child's safety and well-being. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence young lives positively while working in a dynamic, supportive setting that values innovation and compassion. Duties include
  • Providing attentive, loving care for infant throughout the day
  • Support feeding, diapering, naps, and daily routines
  • Create a clean, safe, calm, and engaging classroom environment
  • Communicating with parents and coworkers Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications: Child Development Associate (CDA or Associates in Early Childhood Education and a minimum of 1+ years' experience working in a state license early childhood learning center.
Pediatric CPR & First Aid Clear or able to obtain a background check through the state of Idaho. Warm, patient reliable and team-oriented We hire for attitude and are committed to training you to excel in our early learning environment if you have the passion to do so! This is a 4 days of 10 hr shifts Monday-Friday and the day off is determined by the director upon hire.
