Duties Design and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for toddlers Provide attentive supervision to ensure a safe and secure environment at all times Support children's daily routines including feeding, diapering, nap times, and outdoor play Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation and respect among children Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress and any concerns Maintain detailed records of children's development milestones and daily activities Collaborate with fellow educators to plan curriculum enhancements and classroom improvements Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles specific to toddlers Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings with classroom experience in early childhood education Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies Familiarity with special education techniques and working with individuals with disabilities Excellent classroom management skills to create a structured yet flexible learning environment Ability to engage children through nurturing caregiving, playful teaching, and behavior management techniques Proven ability to handle caregiving responsibilities such as diapering, feeding, and supervising outdoor activities This position is ideal for passionate caregivers eager to foster growth in young children while honing their teaching skills.
