Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and reliable bilingual (English/Spanish) Co-Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team. This role involves working collaboratively to create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment while supporting language development for diverse learners. Responsibilities Co-plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities Support bilingual language development through daily interaction and instruction Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive behavior guidance Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for children and families Communicate with parents in both English and Spanish as needed Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards Work collaboratively with teaching staff and administration Qualifications Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Patient, dependable, and energetic CDA in Early Education or 1 year experience minimum CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Enhanced Background Check (or willingness to obtain) Benefits Competitive pay Supportive team environment Professional development opportunities
