Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Lead Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture children aged three to four years old. In this vital role, you will create a vibrant, engaging learning environment that promotes early childhood development through innovative curriculum development, hands-on activities, and positive behavior management. Your leadership will foster a love of learning, support social-emotional growth, and ensure each child's individual needs are met with care and professionalism. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, and physical education. Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among preschoolers Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining an organized space conducive to learning and play Employ effective behavior management strategies to promote positive conduct and emotional well-being among children Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address concerns, and support each child's developmental milestones Incorporate special education techniques and early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly Lead activities that promote physical development, fine motor skills, and early literacy skills through engaging lessons and tutoring sessions Experience Prior classroom experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare, private school, or similar settings Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across multiple domains such as literacy education, math, physical education, and childhood development Knowledge of behavior management techniques suitable for young children Experience working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is highly desirable Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, staff, and community partners Proven ability to manage classroom dynamics while fostering a safe, inclusive environment focused on child welfare Join us in shaping the future by providing young learners with a joyful, enriching start!
