Infant Teacher

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities:

Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and engagement. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment. Assess and monitor each child's progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions. Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide updates on their child's development and address any concerns or questions. Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and academic performance. Ensure the classroom is clean, organized and stocked with necessary supplies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Early childhood Education or a related field (preferred) Previous experience working with infants Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early education. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in learning activities. Patience, empathy, and genuine love for working with children Familiarity with special education needs is a plus CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)

Skills:
