In this dynamic role, you will provide flexible, high-quality classroom support across multiple early learning environments, ensuring every child receives the attention and guidance they need to thrive. Your expertise in childhood development, curriculum implementation, and classroom management will help create enriching experiences that foster curiosity, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers, while contributing to a supportive and energetic educational community. Duties Provide seamless classroom coverage across different early childhood settings, including toddler care and preschool classrooms. Implement engaging lesson plans aligned with developmental milestones and curriculum standards such as Montessori or literacy education frameworks. Support classroom management by fostering positive behavior strategies and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment for all children. Assist with curriculum development and adapt activities to meet the unique needs of children with special education requirements or those receiving early intervention services. Collaborate with lead teachers, specialists, and families to promote child welfare and ensure individualized learning goals are met. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress in areas like math, literacy, and physical education. Maintain detailed documentation of children's development, behavior management strategies, and classroom activities to support ongoing learning and compliance. Requirements Prior experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as daycare, private schools, or preschool programs. Knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or tutoring activities. Experience working with children who have special needs or require early intervention services is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; Montessori training or experience is a plus.
