Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, developmental assessments, and standardized testing results to monitor progress and inform lesson planning. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, health standards, and licensing requirements related to daycare operations. Requirements Proven experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting, with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques. Knowledge of special education strategies and early intervention practices to support diverse learning needs. Familiarity with Montessori methods, literacy education, math instruction, and teaching physical education is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners effectively. Ability to lead a classroom confidently while maintaining a safe and stimulating environment for young learners. Relevant certifications such as CPR/First Aid certification are preferred; ongoing professional development in early childhood education is encouraged.
