Job Description
Looking for individuals who genuinely love children. Katie's Kids is currently seeking an individual for a full-time Lead Toddler Teacher. We are looking for candidates who can work in a team environment. This position will work directly with children, creating and implementing lesson plans, and must hold a passion for teaching young children. Candidates MUST have 60 college credit hours with at least 9 in ECE. An associates degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development is a plus. Experience with children in a child care setting is preferred. Candidate should have knowledge of what is developmentally appropriate for children ages 6 weeks - 5 years and be familiar with the Illinois Early Learning and Development Standard and the Illinois Early Learning Guidelines (birth to 3 years old) and (3 to 5 years).
