What You'll Do:

+ Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment + Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum with your teaching team + Observe and support children's interests and developmental milestones + Communicate effectively with families about their child's progress + Promote positive social behaviors and model respectful interactions + Plan a balanced daily schedule with a mix of indoor/outdoor and active/quiet activities
