Lead Toddler Teacher

LEAD TEACHER

Job Responsibilities:

• Create fun and interactive learning experiences while serving as mentors to fellow Teachers.
• Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
• Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
• Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Create educational lesson plans.
• Experience and a love of working with children and their families.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development or a CDA preferred

BUT MUST

meet DCFS teacher requirement of 30 college credits with 6 in Early Childhood Education and 1 year of experience, or 60 college credits with 6 in Early Childhood Education and no experience, or CDA.

• Must meet state requirements for education, and additional center/school requirements may apply.
