  • Full-time We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team.
As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds and lives of young children. You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills for their future.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to enhance children's learning and development
  • Plan and conduct engaging lessons that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
  • Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence
  • Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians
  • Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching learning experience for all children
  • Provide individualized attention and support to children with diverse learning needs or abilities
  • Foster strong relationships with parents or guardians through effective communication and regular updates on their child's progress
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum development for preschool-aged children
  • Proficiency in teaching various subjects including math, language arts, science, and physical education
  • Experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting
  • Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong organizational skills to plan lessons, activities, and assessments effectively
Requirements:
  • Relevant teaching certification or licensure
  • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
