Infant Teacher | Join Our Nature-Based School | 4-Day Work Week Seeds of Early Learning Academy St. Charles, IL Seeds of Early Learning Academy is seeking a nurturing and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team. We are a Reggio Emilia-inspired, nature-based early childhood program that values relationships, curiosity, outdoor exploration, and the important role teachers play in children's lives. As an Infant Teacher, you will help create a warm, responsive environment where babies feel safe, loved, and supported as they explore the world around them. You'lbuild strong partnerships with families and help lay the foundation for lifelong learning. What You'll Do
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for infants
- Follow individualized feeding, sleeping, and care routines
- Read stories, sing songs, and provide meaningful sensory and play experiences
- Support developmental milestones through responsive caregiving
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Observe and document children's growth and learning
- Collaborate with a supportive team of educators
- Plan nature based experiences
