Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Lead Preschool Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment. In this vital role, you will lead preschool activities, develop innovative curricula, and support the holistic development of children aged 2.5 to 5. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create a positive foundation for early childhood education, ensuring each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth is prioritized. Responsibilities Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and child welfare. Engage actively with children to support their social-emotional development through effective classroom management strategies. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress and address individual needs related to special education or early intervention programs. Manage classroom activities efficiently, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to daily schedules while maintaining high standards of childcare and daycare practices. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings. Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, including curriculum development, behavior management, and classroom management techniques. Familiarity with special education strategies and early intervention practices to support diverse learning needs. Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Demonstrated ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math skills, Montessori methods, and other educational frameworks. Certification or coursework in early childhood education or related fields. Passion for fostering a safe environment that promotes child welfare and supports developmental milestones across various domains. Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
