KinderCare is seeking Lead Teachers for our Spring Street center to guide engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children. In this on-site role, you will design and implement early childhood curriculum, create a safe and nurturing classroom, and monitor each child's social, emotional, and academic growth. Lead Teachers partner closely with families, maintain licensing and safety standards, and mentor classroom staff. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons for preschool children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and assess children's progress and adjust instruction. Communicate regularly with families about child development and classroom activities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Lead and mentor assistant teachers and classroom staff. Collaborate with center leadership on curriculum and school events. Maintain accurate records and documentation for each child.
