Responsibilities Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring an engaging and developmentally appropriate environment for children across various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers. Develop and implement innovative curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support comprehensive childhood development. Manage classroom behavior through positive behavior management techniques, fostering a respectful and nurturing atmosphere. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and support early intervention strategies when needed. Oversee lesson planning and adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with special education needs or those requiring additional support. Supervise and mentor assistant teachers or aides, promoting teamwork and professional growth within the classroom setting. Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, health and safety standards, and documentation requirements such as standardized testing records and child welfare policies.

Skills :

Strong knowledge of childhood development, early childhood education, and preschool curricula Experience working with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Proficiency in classroom management and behavior management techniques Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members

Required:
