Full-time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-6:00
PM Pay:
Starting at $15-$17/hour, based on experience Are you a flexible, energetic educator who thrives in a dynamic environment? The Learning Experience Brownsburg is seeking a Floating Daycare Teacher to support multiple classrooms throughout the day while delivering our engaging L.E.A.P. curriculum. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, teamwork, and making a difference in children's lives from ages infant to preschool.
What You'll Do Support Across Classrooms:
Step into different age groups as needed—from infants to preschool—providing consistency, care, and curriculum delivery.
Implement Curriculum:
Use our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum to lead fun, hands-on learning activities that spark curiosity and growth.
Build Relationships:
Form warm connections with children, families, and fellow teachers across the center.
Maintain Routine & Safety:
Help with transitions, meals, and classroom organization while following health and safety protocols. Communicate with
Care:
Share updates with lead teachers and families to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent care. What We're Looking For High school diploma/GED ( required ) Experience in early childhood education or daycare ( preferred ) Ability to adapt quickly and work with multiple age groups A positive, team-oriented attitude and love for children Willingness to learn and grow with curriculum training
