Starting at $16.00-$17.00/hour , based on experience and education
Schedule:
Full-time | Monday-Friday | shifts available, 8:30-5:30PM or 9-6PM schedule Are you ready to inspire little learners and make a lasting impact every day? At The Learning Experience Brownsburg, we're looking for a joyful, nurturing Preschool Teacher to guide children through their first steps into structured learning. Our Preschool program is all about building independence, confidence, and curiosity through play, routine, and loving guidance. What You'll Do Create a
Loving Environment:
Build a safe, cheerful classroom where children feel secure and excited to explore.
Encourage Independence:
Support self-help skills like handwashing, clean-up routines, and early potty training with patience and positivity.
Celebrate Growth:
Observe and nurture each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Partner with
Families:
Share daily updates, progress reports, and warm conversations to build trust and connection. Collaborate with
Team:
Work closely with fellow educators to create a consistent, supportive environment.
Keep It Safe & Joyful:
Follow health and safety protocols while keeping the classroom clean, organized, and full of energy.
