Full Time Child Care Center Teacher

About us Child Care Network is a non profit business in Seymour, IN. We have been providing child related services for over 30 years. We house our county's child advocacy program, a before and after school progam in multiple elementary schools, On My Way Preschool in 3 elementary schools, and a Child Care Center for ages 6weeks-4 year old.

Job Title:

Co-teacher Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with co-teachers to plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum
• Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
• Support students' social and emotional development through positive interactions and guidance
• Provide individualized attention and support to students as needed
• Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
• Help monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student's progress and any concerns
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and training sessions as required

Experience:

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting preferred
• Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
