Duties Supervise children during after-school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Implement engaging activities that promote social skills, creativity, and physical activity, including arts, sports, and educational gamesManage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management techniques Maintain a clean, organized environment conducive to learning and play Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, camp, tutoring, or childcare is highly desirable Ability to handle behavioral challenges with patience and professionalism Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not required
