Duties Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among children. Manage classroom activities efficiently through effective classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies. Engage in ongoing communication with parents and guardians to share insights on child welfare, development milestones, and classroom activities. Plan and execute age-appropriate lessons that foster cognitive growth, motor skills development, and emotional regulation. Driving our van to pick up Elementary School Children and bring back to center. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies. Experience in curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children and elementary-aged children. Proficiency in classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, parents, and children effectively. Ability to work with children across diverse backgrounds while demonstrating patience and empathy. Must have:

•12 core semester units ECE (or 6 completed and currently enrolled in 6) •6 months experience in a childcare center Clear background check CPR and First Aid- or willing to take TB negative Up to date on immunizations.

Monday-Friday Hours:

8am-5pm full time or if part time: 5 morning shifts or 5 afternoon shifts per week
