KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Andover center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive classroom. You will communicate regularly with families, ensure adherence to health and safety standards, and collaborate with colleagues. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to all safety and health policies. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences. Observe, document, and assess children's development. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and programs. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and learning materials. Participate in professional development and ongoing training.
