- Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Learning Co-Teacher to join our vibrant educational team.
In this role, you will support the development of young children by creating engaging, nurturing, and educational classroom environments that foster growth across all areas of childhood development. Duties Assist in designing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum development tailored to preschool, toddler, and/or infant care settings Support classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior management and a safe learning environment Engage children in literacy education, math activities, physical education, and other core subjects aligned with early childhood education standards Collaborate with lead teachers to develop lesson plans that incorporate Montessori principles and other educational philosophies Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor each child's progress and inform instruction Foster effective communication skills among children through tutoring, storytelling, and group activities Support special education initiatives and early intervention programs to meet diverse learner needs Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independent exploration Uphold child welfare standards by ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Experience Prior classroom experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development theories and practices Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques Familiarity with teaching physical education, literacy education, math instruction, and standardized testing procedures Knowledge of special education strategies and early intervention programs is a plus Strong communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, families, and children effectively Previous Montessori or similar early childhood education training is advantageous Spanish speaking is highly encouraged Join us in shaping bright futures!
