Job Description
KinderCare seeks dedicated Teachers for our Hylton Heights center, supporting children's growth through play-based, developmentally appropriate learning. In this role, you'll plan and lead engaging lessons, foster social-emotional skills, and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom. You'll partner with families through ongoing communication and collaborate with colleagues to create a warm, inclusive school community. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe, assess, and document children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families regarding child progress and classroom activities. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide programs and events. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Prepare and organize classroom materials and learning centers. Participate in professional development and training. Uphold Kinder Care's policies, values, and culture.
