Responsibilities include:
⁃ Leading daily classroom operations for the Preschool group ⁃ Planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities ⁃ Maintaining classroom structure, routines, and transitions ⁃ Ensuring KDHE licensing requirements, ratios, and safety standards ⁃ Building strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers ⁃ Using positive guidance and developmentally appropriate behavior strategies ⁃ Creating a nurturing, engaging, and well-managed classroom environment
