Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Lead Pre-K Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment. In this vital role, you will lead early childhood education initiatives, develop creative curricula, and support the social-emotional growth of preschool-aged children. Responsibilities Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies Support children's social-emotional well-being by applying early intervention techniques and child welfare best practices Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address concerns, and promote consistent learning experiences at home and in the classroom Lead activities focused on childhood development milestones, including toddler care and preschool readiness skills Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining high standards of childcare and safety protocols Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor individual progress and tailor instruction accordingly Experience Prior classroom experience working with children in early childhood education settings, including preschool or daycare environments Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across various subjects such as literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori approaches Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is highly desirable Strong communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively Knowledge of behavior management techniques and childhood development principles Familiarity with classroom management tools and lesson planning software is preferred Previous experience in private schools or daycare centers enhances suitability for this leadership role Join us as a Lead Pre-K Teacher to shape the future by inspiring curiosity, fostering growth, and creating joyful learning experiences for our youngest learners.
