Job Overview Adventures Await need Lead Qualified Teachers who enjoy being outside with school age children and taking walks. This is an easy fun job with a wonderful group of children from the same grade school. Responsibilities Lead students on walks and manage daily routines for school-age children. Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation, respect, and independence among students. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times; supervise children during indoor activities, outdoor play, meals, and transitions. Support classroom management by having children organize materials and maintain cleanliness. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings; preschool or classroom experience preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage with children and families.
