Job Description

Company Overview Adventure Planet Child Care Center is dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children to learn and grow. Our center emphasizes quality care and developmental support for young learners. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Qualified Breaker-Floater to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee activities, ensuring safety, and quality standards are met consistently. You will support classroom teachers by giving them breaks while carrying on planned activities in the classroom. Responsibilities Supervise and assist with activities and lesson plans while classroom teachers are on break. Maintain a safe and nurturing environment. Provide a structured space for children to learn and grow. Assist in cleaning and adhering to the daily schedule. Ability to adapt to children's needs and behavior. Qualifications One year of experience in a child care center setting. First Aid/CPR, Foundations of Health and Safety training.
Pay:
$12.50 - $13.50 per hour
