Lead Teacher

Duties:

• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Provide physical education activities to promote gross motor skills development
• Teach basic math concepts through fun and interactive methods
• Provide tutoring and support to children who may need extra assistance
• Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
• Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
• Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns

Skills:

• Strong understanding of child welfare and development
• Ability to create engaging and educational lesson plans
• Patience and compassion when working with children of different abilities
• Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
