Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Child Care Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children in a center setting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support families by providing attentive care tailored to each child's developmental needs. As a vital part of the children daily routine, you will foster growth, learning, and well-being through dedicated caregiving and educational activities. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help build trusting relationships with children and their families while ensuring a positive, enriching experience. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and school-aged kids, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical development Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap schedules Support children's emotional well-being by offering reassurance, encouragement, and positive interaction Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to play and learning Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, activities, and any concerns Administer basic first aid when necessary and follow safety protocols diligently Requirements Proven experience in nannying, babysitting, daycare, or similar caregiving roles involving children with diverse needs Knowledge of child development principles for infants through preschool age Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively Strong communication skills to collaborate with families and understand their expectations Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or specific family routines Join us in making a meaningful difference in children's lives by providing compassionate care that fosters growth, safety, and happiness.
