Duties Lead daily classroom activities tailored to infants and toddlers, promoting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate principles of Montessori, literacy education, and early intervention strategies Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management techniques Collaborate with families to support child welfare, communicate progress, and address individual needs Oversee lesson planning to ensure alignment with childhood development standards and educational best practices Requirements Helpful to have experience working with children in a classroom or daycare setting, specifically with infants and toddlers Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members Ability to create a nurturing environment that prioritizes child welfare and safety at all times Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to fostering joyful learning experiences!
